Lochman Named Alabama’s 2013 SEC Faculty Achievement Award Winner

John E. Lochman is a Professor and Doddridge Saxon Chairholder in Clinical Psychology at the University of Alabama, where he also directs the Center for Prevention of Youth Problem Behavior. Dr. Lochman chaired the College of Arts and Sciences Academy for Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities at Alabama from 2009-2012. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Medical Center, where he served on the faculty from 1980-1998. His research has been federally funded for the past 29 years. Dr. Lochman served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology from 2005-2012 and is currently President of the Society for Child and Family Policy and Practice of the American Psychological Association.
